Graham Design & Construction Meet Our Team

We are a 4th generation family business that have been involved in the Grey Bruce community for over 100 years. We are all dedicated to taking Graham Design & Construction and Sound Lifestyles well into the future with the next generation!

Over the past 65 years, the Graham Design & Construction Team has had an impressive number of long-term employees. There also have been those individuals who for one reason or another left the company, but after gaining further experience elsewhere have returned to become an even greater asset to the organization.

Our current team has all gained construction experience in other regions, and all have returned to Owen Sound to be part of an organization they believe in and know they can make a difference with.

Office Staff

Richard Graham CEO

Richard has been an Owen Sound resident all his life. He and his wife Brenda, have four children and 8 grandchildren, all of who live in Owen Sound. Richard has served as a Director for many local service organizations and is passionate about promoting Owen Sound.

Growing up in the construction business, Richard has literally worked in every aspect of it. Upon graduating in 1973 from London's Fanshawe College in Architectural Design, Richard returned to join his father in the family business, bringing along with him the design component that started the evolution from a general construction firm to a Design-Build firm. Over the years he and the company have had major joint ventures with two other design build firms and has had an ownership and management role in two manufacturing organizations.

Todd Graham President of Graham Design & Construction

First started working for Graham in 1991 as a laborer. After finishing his education at Fanshawe College in Manufacturing Engineering he has since had project management and engineering responsibilities with two manufacturing companies and another construction firm.

He returned to Graham in 2011 and is now responsible for general management.

Katie Graham Interior Designer

For post-secondary education, Katie obtained her Bachelors in Fine Art and in Education. She when on to teach high school for 10 years throughout Grey Bruce and in Northern Saskatchewan. In 2014, Katie returned to Owen Sound, enrolled in Interior Design, and also became a Professional Consultant on Aging. Katie's responsibilities at Graham Design & Construction are Interior Design, property management, marketing, and sales.
