Southbridge Owen Sound Now Complete

Clarence H. Graham Design & Construction is proud to have been responsible for the design and construction of Southbridge Owen Sound. It is now considered the largest and most advanced long-term care home in the region. We wish to thank Southbridge for investing in Owen Sound and investing in a local construction firm. As a result, this is the largest project a local contractor has ever done in Owen Sound.

For over 67 years, Graham Design & Construction has built many commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-residential projects in Grey Bruce and throughout Ontario. Southbridge Owen Sound is yet another project demonstrating Graham Design & Construction’s experience and ability.

Graham Design & Construction’s team of many local and out-of-town sub-trades designed and built this excellent facility. We recognize that this state-of-the-art development is a result of everyone’s combined dedication to the project.
